Hello, parents! In UCC’s youth ministries, we are committed to providing a welcoming community that incorporates games and friendship, while encouraging thoughtful inquiry and discernment. We promise to provide a loving and caring, safe and ethical environment in which we take all questions seriously, whether they are social or theological.

We recognize that our role in raising your kids is secondary to yours, and we want your feedback! If you ever want to talk, ask questions, or voice a concern, please contact Kels Phelps (kphelps@uccmsla.org or 543-6952).

2011-2012 Medical Release Form

All students must turn in a Medical Release Form to attend any UCC youth special event (i.e., anything other than regular weekly meetings). This extensive form means that you only need to fill out one form per year, and it covers all events for that year.

Safe Church Policy
All of our youth programming is informed by our commitment to the Safe Church Policy, which has been adopted to insure that all interpersonal interactions are safe and respectful.
